4 Golden Rules of Nutrition

Throughout my life I have found that these simple rules will add value to the knowledge one gains in reference to nutrition. They are as follows:1. Have a Basic Understanding of Nutrition
2. Development of Personal Connection to Nutrition
3. Obtain a Trusted Licensed Opinion
4. Become Dedicated to the Application of your InsightA basic understanding of nutrition is vital in order to build a solid network in a health & wellness like atmosphere. Nutrition is defined as the act or process of nourishing, or of being nourished. It is also considered the science or study of, nutrition, (especially in humans.) Gaining a basic knowledge of nutrition concepts is extremely important. This leads to the development of a personal connection to nutrition. This may come as no surprise; however, you are what you eat. If that is not enough encouragement for an individual to take nutrition into consideration, I am not sure that this person will ever get motivated. The development of a personal connection can only sincerely be applied with first a basic understanding of nutrition. (All of this interlocks)The next rule is obtain a trusted licensed opinion. Never just trust the knowledge you have gained today. Always consult with your primary care physician before making any serious considerations of changes to high-risk activity. Finally, the last rule is to become dedicated to the application of your insight. It is through application that you will gain the knowledge necessary to reach your fitness goals. At This point you experience the fun part, all of your research is now put to practice. Stay dedicated, do not just start and regress back to a simpler time because you will not achieve your goals by starting and stopping. In conclusion, my first rule states that an individual should gain a basic understanding of nutrition. I personally consider this point valuable because it will give you leverage when you are trying to map out your overall fitness goals. Rule two recommends that this individual develop a sense of personal connection with their stated nutritional goals. This is important because you never want this to just be a “JOB”, health and wellness is a lifestyle decision. Make it personal. Rule three reminds all visitors that despite how great a regime is, please consult with your primary care physician before engaging in any changes in physical or nutritional activity. Lastly, rule four is put your plan into action. This is where you get to make your steps towards your nutritional goals.

Deciding on a “Location Independent” Lifestyle

Making a lifestyle change is often difficult for people. Whether it is the choice to live healthier or to change jobs, a lifestyle change can be traumatic. Sometimes one may be motivated to make a lifestyle change to be “location independent” because they have experienced a significant event in their lives. There have always been people who lived a “location independent” lifestyle. The growing use of the Internet has allows these individuals to communicate more easily so there is more information available. The lifestyle may seem very attractive to people who have not researched it thoroughly and learned about the disadvantages. It is important that people who are considering this change think carefully prior to doing so.Changing one’s lifestyle does not remove the need to take care of some basic tasks. Individuals who are “location independent” need an income, they need to buy groceries, they must deal with the government. A person considering this lifestyle to get away from a routine may be disappointed. There is still a routine, it is just a different routine. Many of the people who are living this lifestyle today conduct business on the Internet. They work like everyone else, just in different locations – sometimes around the globe, sometimes from different coffee shops in the same city. A person does not have to change their lifestyle to change their routine. If there is a particular vacation spot that one loves it is much easier to find a job in that area and buy a home or timeshare than to change one’s lifestyle. Before deciding on a “location independent” lifestyle, one must take into consideration the people who will be affected by their decision. If an individual has very close family ties or does not want to leave an area then they may want to consider changing jobs and moving. If a person is “location independent” they must consider that they will not be near family and friends for long periods of time.Income is very important in a “location independent” lifestyle. There are many instances when one is abroad that an unexpected emergency will require extra funds. If one has not got a plan in place to make money they can find themselves stranded in a foreign country with money to deal with the issue. Knowing the currency exchange rate before traveling to a location will help a person to live affordably. There are numerous ways to establish a steady income base. One is to invest money made from selling belongings. With wise investment choices a person can set up a monthly income that will give them the flexibility they need. Another way is to start a website business and sell products on the site.Talking to people who have been living “location independent” for some time will be of great assistance in making a knowledgeable decision. These individuals will be able to tell you what to expect and also provide tips on places to stay. If one does the research that is necessary to be successful a location independent lifestyle can be very rewarding and fulfilling.

Working Capital Management and Commercial Finance Consulting

Without adequate information about what should be done to obtain small business loans in the current extreme circumstances, most business borrowers are increasingly confused. Business finance consulting that provides practical advice about overcoming current lending difficulties will be helpful to business owners. Nevertheless, because of a chaotic commercial financing climate, effective working capital management advice has become a valuable and rare commodity. Even though they are clearly in demand, business financing experts are simply not easy to locate. Some very helpful and effective business finance advice is available at no cost, and business owners should usually start any search for help by reviewing such free advice first. Two notable examples of sources available for free online are The Working Capital Journal and The Commercial Mortgages Guide. However, the normal complexity of small business loans combined with a chaotic commercial lending climate is likely to increase the necessity of individualized commercial finance consulting assistance from a commercial financing expert.Such personalized business finance consulting help will not be as easy to find as might be expected. In many cases, commercial financing advisors are not willing to charge a fixed commercial finance consulting fee that requires them to spend more time and frequently offers them much less compensation than provided by lucrative loan fees that are often well over $5000. If small business owners can find a commercial loan expert willing to provide these professional consulting services for a reasonable fixed fee, a likely cost range will be $1500 to $3000 for a basic but thorough consulting effort. One of the most important efforts that commercial borrowers should undertake with a qualified business finance consultant is to explore contingency financing options which might be necessary due to the current upheaval in financial markets. For many years I have advocated the importance of “always having a Plan B” for working capital financing and other business financing. Now that many banks have routinely reduced or eliminated business lines of credit or recalled commercial loans, the true value of formulating contingency plans for small business loans and commercial real estate financing has become very apparent. When they are unprepared to do so, business owners will find it much more difficult to find alternative sources for financing. With a practical contingency financing plan, business owners will not be caught by surprise and will be ready to take quick action if their current commercial lender suddenly changes course and revokes existing commercial finance agreements. Most small business owners have their own areas of special interest in addition to a “Plan B” scenario to investigate with the help of a candid business finance consulting effort. Regardless of the specific topic, it will usually be beneficial for a business borrower to have a straightforward discussion with a small business loan expert. In some cases, these discussions can be thought of as “getting a second opinion” for new commercial financing or refinancing of existing debt. Business owners might not have previously seen the point in paying even a modest consulting fee to get such a second opinion, but recent events have changed that perspective in most cases. Now that many banks have made it so painfully clear that they can make really big mistakes when the right questions are not asked beforehand, more and more commercial borrowers readily understand that they might need someone else looking out for their best interests. For tasks like those described above, how should small business owners find a business finance consultant to help? One suggestion is to include the power of the internet and conduct a search for “working capital finance expert” or “commercial financing and consulting”. Hopefully you will have a Plan B to help guide you if that approach is not sufficiently effective.
